Homemade Panckes w/ Pomegranate Sauce

I'm sure many of you have eaten pancakes. Be it homemade or the one at MacDonald's, I'm sure you all have taste the ordinary pancakes with Maple Syrup & Butter.

However, I have decided to do something extraordinary. I added fresh pomegranate seeds to add texture to the pancakes.
For your information, the most abundant polyphenols in pomegranate juice are the hydrolyzable tannins called punicalagins. Punicalagins are absorbed into the human body and may have dietary value as antioxidants.

The seeds are edible, of course! It would be even better to eat the seeds as well, though it has a slight bitter taste. However, the seeds are very good for your digestive system!
You can try adding different types of fruits like blending mango into mango paste or blending strawberries into strawberry paste! You can also try other fruits which you like it!
Then, you can add the fruit paste onto the pancake and substitute maple syrup with them! It's definitely a more healthier way!
