Homemade Healthy Recipes For Better Health!

For Radiant Look

If you're a party animal or you hang out very late at night, this is one good recipe to keep your face full of radiant and life.

Directions: Pour a cup of green beans and boil it with water. Leave the green beans immersed in the water for a night. Next, take the green beans out of the water. Do not drain the water away. Instead, drink it.

It might not taste good, but doing this will give you a radiant look. Do this for 2-3 times a week will show results.

Green beans exhibit extremely great nutritional benefits. They are low in fat, good source of protein, fibre, and complex carbohydrates. They contains folic acids, which is estremely good for pregnant women because they reduces the risk of having birth defects and chronic diseases. Not only does folic acid does these much, it also promotes health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver. It also lowers blood pressure.

Green beans also contains iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganesese, and potassium.

Additional: You can find iron in red meat like beef, pork, or lamb. Iron is essential in our body for binding oxygen into our body. Iron, like Vitamin B makes your brain stimulate faster and makes you more intelligent!

Anti-oxidants

Great anti-oxidants are Lemon, Berries (Blueberry, Cranberry, any berries), Pomegranate, Lime, Mangosteen, Mango and many more.

Here's one good light snack you can eat for your breakfast to start your day. Or you may also choose to take it during supper.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of blueberries
2. 1 Australian Mango (Or 3 small mangoes)
3. 1 Pomegranate
4. 1 Lemon/Lime (Take note: As for the lime, do not take the tiny limes used to squeeze on BBQ food, but the juicy big green lime.)

Directions:
A. Peel off the mango skin and diced the mango.

B. Pour the blueberries, diced mango into a mixing bowl.

C. Cut the pomegranate into 2.

D. Use a ladle or any cooking utensils to bash the pomegranate seeds into the mixing bowl. This is to allow the seeds of the pomegranate to come out.

E. Once almost all the seeds are being bashed out, Squeeze the excess seeds into juice into the mixing bowl.

F. Lastly, squeeze a zest of lemon/lime juice to give it a sour taste.

And you're ready to eat! If you want to eat it chill, just put them in the fridge!

For Flabby Body Parts

This is an extremely easy and economical recipe that you shouldn't miss it. You don't have to get much ingredients needed for this body scrub I'm going to recommend to you in split seconds!

What you need:
1. Sea Salt
2. Body Soap. Any body soap will do, just the normal body soap or showel gel you always used.

Directions:
A. Apply some showel gel and a handful of sea salt on your stomach.

B. Mix the both of them together and the texture would be like a body scrub.

C. Massage your stomach until you feel your stomach is starting to give off a little warm heat.

D. Wrap your stomach with a foil or cling wrap for 10-15 mins.

E. Rinse off with water.

You can do this mask at any body part which you think is flabby and you're not satisfied with.

For Nice, Lean Legs

This is a simple yet good exercise for your legs. If you want to have good, nice and small lean legs, this is one exercise you shall never missed out.

Directions:
A. Lean your legs on the wall, with your body 90˚ (Degrees) to the floor. [It makes an "L" shape, with your legs against the wall.]

B. Stay in that position for 15-30mins everyday.

And you shall see results.

For Smooth & Silky Hands

What you need:
1. 1 teaspoon of honey
2. 1 teaspoon of sugar
3. Gloves
4. Moisturiser

Directions:
A. Mix honey and sugar into a small bowl.

B. Apply and rub against your hands to get rid of the dead skin cells.

C. Leave the mixture on your hands for 15-20 mins.

D. Rinse it off with water.

E. Apply moisturiser onto your hands.

F. After applying moisturiser onto your hands, cover your hands with gloves. Leave your gloves on even when you're sleeping until the next day. This will help the moisturiser to be absorbed into your skin at a faster rate!

Perfect Mask for Dry Skin/Whitening

No moolahs to buy any whitening masks? Or you found out that after sun-tanning for the whole day, your face gets so dry?

This is one good solution that not only help whiten your face complexion, it also moisturises your face, and you can say goodbye to dry skin!

What you need:
1. 80ml Natural Yoghurt (Liquidified)
2. 1/3 Japanese Cucumber

Directions:
A. Add yoghurt and japanese cucumber into a blender. Blend it.

B. Leave the mixture on your face for ONLY 5 minutes. (If you leave it on for a long period of time, it's not good because leaving yoghurt on your face for a long period of time causes pH imbalances due to the sour taste which causes it to be more alkaline.)

C. Rinse the mask off with water.

Water Retention

Women, in fact many women suffers from water rentention. Some of them don't even realised that they suffer from it. Here's one good recipe that will help you reduce water retention.

What you need:
1. 1 Slice Of Watermelon
2. 1 Slice Of Honeydew

Directions:
A. Put these two fruits into a blender. Blend it.

Additional: Eating cucumber also helps prevent water retention. Cucumbers are very effective for various skin problems, including swelling under the eyes and sunburn. They also contain ascorbic and caffeic acids, which these acids help prevent water retention.
